Granulated carbon nanotubes are dense agglomerated particles produced from easily agglomerated and dusty carbon nanotube (CNT) raw powder via wet or dry granulation. They retain the inherent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties of CNTs, while solving industrial challenges such as difficult feeding, dust generation, inaccurate metering, and inconvenient transportation. They are widely used as conductive agents in lithium batteries (replacing carbon black at a dosage of 0.5%–1.5%), conductive composites for plastics and rubbers, electromagnetic shielding coatings, adsorptive materials, and other applications.
