Product Name High-Performance Conductive Carbon Black(Low BET) Product Overview The high-performance acetylene carbon black series (Low/Medium/High BET) is a high-end special conductive carbon black refined from high-purity acetylene gas through closed high-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis, graded purification, precise modification and dust-free compression. Adopting mature acetylene pyrolysis technology, the series eliminates the defects of furnace carbon black such as excessive impurities and unstable structure. Three differentiated models including Low BET, Medium BET and High BET are developed by accurately controlling pyrolysis temperature, residence time and particle grading. All series feature high crystallinity, low impurities, high chemical stability, no sulfur and heavy metal pollution, covering full-scene requirements of anti-static, conventional conductivity and ultra-high conductivity. It has excellent powder fluidity, no agglomeration and outstanding processing rheological properties. Featuring high purity and stable and uniform conductivity, it focuses on the advantages of low dosage, easy dispersion and low-viscosity processing. It is mainly applicable to anti-static and weak-conduction scenarios, effectively avoiding increased processing viscosity and difficult dispersion and agglomeration of polymer substrates, suitable for large-batch and automated industrial production.
