Product Name

Name: Industrial Fluorinated Graphene

Product Overview

Fluorinated graphene is a compound composed of fluorine atoms and carbon atoms covalently bonded together, presented in the chemical structure of (CFx) n, where x has an indefinite value between 0 and 1.25. The change in this value directly affects the properties of fluorinated graphene. Fluorinated graphene with a C/F ratio of ¡ãC1 has excellent thermal stability and serves as an insulator for both electricity and heat. It is not corroded by strong acids and bases, and its lubrication performance exceeds that of MoS2 and flake graphene. A C/F ratio greater than 1 is called low fluorinated graphene, which appears gray black in color and has poor thermal stability. It is generally not used as a lubricant. But it is an ideal material for manufacturing high-energy anhydrous battery cathodes. Fluorinated graphene is the active material of batteries. Using lithium as the anode and fluorinated graphene as the cathode to form a non-aqueous battery, theoretically, its energy density is about 5 times that of an aqueous manganese battery, and its voltage is 2 times; Good storage performance, no gas generation, small self discharge electrode; The working voltage is stable and less affected by temperature, and it can be used normally within the range of -20~70 ¡ãC

Product Features

1. Good chemical stability: Due to the introduction of fluorine atoms, fluorinated graphene can maintain stable structure and properties in many chemical environments. For example, it can maintain its chemical composition under harsh conditions such as strong acids and bases.

2. Unique electrical properties: Different degrees of fluorination can cause changes in its electrical properties. From insulators to semiconductors, even exhibiting certain conductivity under certain conditions.

3. Low surface energy: This makes it have good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, with potential applications in areas such as anti fouling and self-cleaning. For example, it can be used to manufacture non stick surface coatings.

4. Enhanced mechanical properties: Fluorinated graphene may have improved mechanical properties such as strength and hardness.

Application Fields

Battery material: Fluorinated graphene is used as a modifier for electrode materials. Its unique structure and chemical properties contribute to improving the energy density, cycling stability, and safety of batteries. Especially in lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors, the application of fluorinated graphene can significantly improve battery performance.

Energy storage and conversion: In addition to being used as a battery material, fluorinated graphene can also be used in energy storage and conversion devices such as solar cells and fuel cells. Its excellent conductivity and chemical stability make it have potential application value in these fields.

Anti corrosion coating: Fluorographene's corrosion resistance and stability make it an ideal material for preparing anti-corrosion coatings. The coating coated with fluorinated graphene can effectively resist chemical corrosion and physical wear, protecting the substrate from damage.
