Product Name
Name :MCM-41
Product Overview
The spatial structure of MCM-41 is composed of one-dimensional pores arranged in a repetitive manner. The synthesis of MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves is prepared by using surfactant molecules as a template agent. Surfactants are usually large organic quaternary ammonium salts with hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups of different chain lengths, which can form spherical or columnar micelles or highly ordered phases in solution depending on the solution conditions.MCM-41 is one of the most important members of the M41S family, and there are pure silica, as well as MCM-41 materials containing aluminium or other heteroatoms in addition to silica. The pore structure of MCM-41 gives it a wide range of applications in catalysis, adsorption, separation and other fields.

Product Features
Pore structure: with hexagonal orderly arranged pores and uniform pore size.
Large specific surface area: large specific surface area, can provide more active sites.
High stability: the pore channels are arranged in a regular manner, which makes its physical and chemical properties more stable. Surface
Adjustable surface properties: its surface acidity, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity and other properties can be adjusted through doping or surface modification to meet different application requirements.
Application Fields
Catalyst carrier: MCM-41 can be used as a carrier for catalysts loaded with active components, such as metal nanoparticles, enzymes, etc., for a variety of catalytic reactions, such as hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, oxidation, esterification and so on.
Adsorption and separation: Due to its large specific surface area and regular pore structure, MCM-41 can be used for adsorption and separation of various substances, such as gases, organics, heavy metal ions and so on.
Drug delivery: MCM-41 can be used as a drug carrier for controlled release and targeted delivery of drugs.
Sensors: Using the selective adsorption or catalytic properties of MCM-41 on certain substances, it can be used to prepare sensors to detect pollutants and biomolecules in the environment.
