Peroxide-like catalytic activity: MOF-808 has a highly efficient peroxide-like catalytic activity at neutral pH, and can catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O¡ãC into water and oxygen, and at the same time catalyze the color change of other substrates (such as 3,3 ',5,5 '-tetramethylbenzidine TMB);
Defect engineering: Through activation, steam treatment, acid treatment and mixed ligand, defect sites can be constructed in the structure of MOF-808 to further improve its catalytic performance;
Adsorption properties: Due to its high specific surface area and porous structure, MOF-808 can be used to adsorb and store gases (such as hydrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) as well as certain components in liquids;
Photocatalytic performance: MOF-808 also has certain photocatalytic performance, which can be used to decompose organic dyes, kill bacteria and other environmental applications
