Amino modified red fluorescent polystyrene microspheres are prepared by adding a red fluorescent dye that excites around 535 and emits around 610 during the preparation of polystyrene microspheres, and then modifying them with amino groups. Customizable size range of 20nm-5 μ m. These microspheres have a uniform particle size distribution, which enables them to exhibit consistent performance in various applications. Fluorescent dyes are embedded inside the microspheres, effectively preventing fluorescence quenching and reducing the influence of environmental factors on fluorescence intensity.
