Product Overview
Hyaluronidase, derived from bovine testis, is structurally composed of four identical subunits, each with a molecular weight close to 14 k Da. Hyaluronidase acts on the β(1¡ãC) bond between N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamine and D-glucuronic acid to depolymerize hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, chondroitin sulfate, etc. to produce tetrasaccharide residues. This product is suitable for the degradation of methacryloylated hyaluronic acid (XFBM09/10) and methacryloylated chondroitin sulfate (XFBM247) hydrogel.
