Among them, the rutile type is the most stable, while the rutile type is stable at room temperature, but will transform to the rutile type at high temperatures. The perovskite type belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system and is an unstable crystal form. It will transform into the pyrite type above 650 âââ‚?and has no practical value in industry.
