Product Overview
In order to meet customers' fluorescent labeling needs for HAMA, SilMA, AlgMA, DexMA and other light-curing hydrogel products, we are now launching coupling-type fluorescent labeling consumables that can be grafted onto hydrogel polymer networks (XFBM259/260/261 series). The coupled hydrogel fluorescent dyes are macromolecular monomers grafted with double bonds and specific fluorescent molecules, which are mixed with hydrogel precursors and then coupled to the gel polymer network through free radical polymerization during light curing to achieve stable fluorescent labeling. This series of alkene-coupled hydrogel fluorescent dyes are suitable for fluorescent labeling of light-curing hydrogels with good biocompatibility, overcoming the drawbacks of physical mixing or electrostatic adsorption and other methods in which fluorescent molecules tend to diffuse out of the system, and also avoiding the problem of uneven imaging of fluorescent particles.
