carbon molecular sieves (CMS) is a carbon adsorbent with a relatively uniform microporous structure developed in the late 20th century. It has wedge slit micropores close to the diameter of the adsorbed molecules, which can separate the molecules with different three-dimensional structure sizes. Carbon molecular sieve is mainly based on the principle of gas molecular size, polarity and diffusion speed difference for gas separation, has the advantages of high adsorption strength, high hardness, heat resistance, acid resistance and chemical stability. As a new adsorbent, carbon molecular sieve is mainly used for the separation of some gas components in the air, and can also be used for the separation of some organic compounds. At present, it has been widely used in food hygiene, medical treatment, catalysis, air separation, nitrogen production, hydrogen recovery in coke oven gas and so on.

High adsorption selectivity: The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for nitrogen is much higher than that of other gases, and nitrogen can be separated through selective adsorption, thus providing high purity nitrogen.
