Product Overview

Microspheres can be used as individual cell culture units or assembled into porous scaffolds or simulated bionic microenvironments, and have been widely used in cell culture, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Compared with the traditional cell culture method, microspheres have higher specific surface area, and the multi-microsphere assembled scaffolds have interconnected porous structure, which provides more space for cell proliferation and differentiation, and thus accurately mimics the tissue microenvironment. On the other hand, microspheres can be widely used as delivery carriers for cells and drugs, and based on their modulatability and injectable properties, minimally invasive treatment of irregular wounds can be realized.

The methylacryloylated gelatin crosslinked microspheres (XFBM288) introduced by the Xianfeng team are prepared by an optimized emulsion crosslinking technology, which retains the excellent biocompatibility and bioactivity of GelMA. This series of GelMA microspheres have passed strict preparation process control and quality inspection, with uniform particle size, multiple sizes available, and good biocompatibility.GelMA microspheres can better simulate the tissue microenvironment, and be applied in cell 3D culture, drug delivery, tissue engineering and other research fields.
