Product Overview
Zinc oxide nanoparticles are multifunctional new inorganic materials with particle sizes of about 1~100 nm. due to the fineness of the grains, the surface electronic structure and the crystal structure are changed. In addition ZnO exhibits many special properties with excellent thermal stability and unique force, light and electrical properties. ZnO is a new type of broadband semiconductor oxide material with a bandwidth of 3.37 eV at room temperature, slightly lower than GaN's 3.39 eV. ZnO has three crystalline structures, the hexagonal fibrillar zincite structure, the cubic sphalerite structure, and the rarer NaCl-type octahedral structure. Fibrillated zincite is the most stable of the three and is therefore the most common.

Textile industry: Nano zinc oxide can improve the dyeing and finishing effect of textiles, increase the transparency of fibres, and give textiles antibacterial deodorant and self-cleaning functions.
Coating industry: nano-ZnO-modified coatings have better antibacterial and anti-mould properties, and can improve the abrasion and weathering resistance of the coating.
Photocatalyst: As a highly efficient photocatalyst, zinc oxide nanoparticles can significantly increase the reaction rate without causing light scattering, and are widely used in the fields of environmental treatment and energy conversion.
