ZSM-23 molecular sieve is a kind of microporous molecular sieve with MTT topological structure, its pore structure is a droplet shaped 10-membered ring one-dimensional channel, the size of about 0.45×0.56nm. ZSM-23 molecular sieve has been widely used in the fields of isomerization dewaxing and alcohol to olefin due to its unique unidirectional channel characteristics and adjustable acidity.

Unique pore structure: The pore structure of ZSM-23 molecular sieve is a droplet shaped 10-membered ring one-dimensional through channel, the size of about 0.45×0.56nm, which makes it have a unique shape selection catalytic performance.

High catalytic activity and selectivity: Due to its unique pore structure and adjustable acidity, ZSM-23 molecular sieve shows high catalytic activity and selectivity in many catalytic reactions, such as isomerization dewaxing, alcohol to olefin, etc.

Application Fields

 

Due to its unique pore structure and strong surface acid properties, ZSM-23 molecular sieve shows high catalytic activity and selectivity in many catalytic reactions, mainly used in the following fields:

Olefin oligomerization: ZSM-23 molecular sieve can be used for olefin oligomerization reaction to convert small olefin molecules to large olefin molecules.

Olefin/alkane cracking: In the olefin/alkane cracking reaction, ZSM-23 molecular sieve can promote the cracking of hydrocarbons to produce low carbon olefin.

Aromatics alkylation and isomerization: ZSM-23 molecular sieve can be used for alkylation and isomerization of aromatics to improve the yield and quality of aromatics.

Skeleton isomerization of straight-chain hydrocarbons: The molecular sieve helps to convert straight-chain hydrocarbons into branched-chain hydrocarbons, improving the properties of hydrocarbons.

Desulfurization: ZSM-23 molecular sieve can adsorb and remove sulfur in fuel, reduce sulfur content and reduce environmental pollution.

Adsorption separation: Due to its pore structure and surface properties, ZSM-23 molecular sieve can be used to adsorb and separate different components in a mixture.

Methanol to olefin: ZSM-23 molecular sieve showed good catalytic performance in methanol to olefin reaction.

Methanol to aromatic hydrocarbons: ZSM-23 molecular sieve is combined with SAPO-34 molecular sieve, which can be used in methanol to aromatic hydrocarbons reaction to improve the reaction activity.
