Graphene is the strongest and stiffest crystalline structure material known. Its tensile strength and elastic modulus are 125GPa and 1.1TPa, respectively. The strength limit of graphene is 42N/m2. The strength of ideal graphene is about 100 times that of ordinary steel, and a graphene sheet with an area of 1m2 can withstand a mass of 4kg. As a typical two-dimensional reinforcement material, graphene has potential application value in the field of composite materials.
Application Case 1: Fishing Gear Prepreg
Fenfeng customers added graphene powder to the prepreg of fishing gear, and the bending resistance of the rod was improved by 10%.
Application Case 2: Sports Equipment Rods
Fenfeng customers added graphene to the racket rod material, the impact resistance of the rod was improved by 20%, and the weight of the rod was reduced, saving the cost of materials.

Dear XFNANO Team,
I own a company in Colombia, South America. We manufacture printed plastic film and printed plastic bags, processing low, medium, and high-density polyethylene. Our facilities include co-extrusion machines with 2 and 3 screws. Our products are mainly used for repackaging, food packaging, and related applications.
I would appreciate it, if you could inform me, whether the graphene powder you produce can be mixed into the plastic film we manufacture to improve its mechanical properties and reduce production costs, since we could potentially lower the gauge (thickness) of the film.
Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Best regards,
Carlos Cabra Monroy
